Questions

Do you answer guest messages for me?

Yes. Routine messages get an immediate reply. Complaints, damage, payments and cancellations are held for a person to decide.

How is income shared?

In a partnership or management agreement, gross minus expenses is the net, and the net is divided in half. The marketing and messaging plan is a fixed monthly fee.

Can my property be rented long-term?

Yes. Long-term and short-term can both be managed, and a property can be switched between them.

Which booking sites do you cover?

[TO CONFIRM] Airbnb messaging works through Hostex. Other platforms are not yet confirmed.
